About Eniga
Eniga is a free tool for creating legal agreements in Swedish. The tool is built for private individuals who need simple, correct agreement templates without hiring a lawyer.
How it works
You choose an agreement type, fill in your details, and select the clauses that fit your situation. Eniga then generates a complete agreement that you download as a PDF. The entire process happens in your browser — no data leaves your device.
Legal basis
The agreement templates in Eniga are based on Swedish legislation, including Chapter 12 of the Land Code (rental agreements), the Cohabitees Act 2003:376 (cohabitation agreements), and the Interest Act 1975:635 (promissory notes). The templates are designed to cover the most common needs for private agreements.
Important to know
Eniga is a support tool and does not replace legal advice. Generated agreements should be reviewed by a lawyer if the agreement involves significant values or complex situations. Always contact a qualified lawyer if in doubt.
Privacy policy
Eniga does not collect, store, or transfer any personal data. All information you enter in the forms is saved only locally in your browser via localStorage. No data is sent to any server, and no cookies are used for tracking. You can clear your saved drafts at any time by clearing your browser storage. Eniga does not use any third-party services for analytics or marketing.
Terms of use
Eniga is provided as-is without warranties. The user is responsible for reviewing and adapting generated agreements to their specific situation. Eniga is not liable for any legal consequences of agreements created with the tool.
